Eli Holtzman has been our chief executive officer and a director since March 2000. Mr. Holtzman co-founded and has been the chief executive officer of Internet Gold since 1992 and a director since July 1999. Mr. Holtzman plans to dedicate the vast majority of his time to the management of our company. Mr. Holtzman has served as chairman of the board of directors of MSN Israel other than for a one year period since its inception. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Holtzman was the chief executive officer of Arieli Advertising Ltd., the leading Israeli advertising company at such time and the predecessor of Publicis Israel. Mr. Holtzman holds a B.Sc. degree in chemistry and pharmaceuticals from the University of Illinois.

Doron Turgeman has served as our chief financial officer and deputy chief executive officer since January 2000 and October 2004, respectively , and as chief financial officer and deputy chief executive officer of Internet Gold since January 2002 and October 2004, respectively. Mr. Turgeman plans to dedicate the vast majority of his time to the management of our company. Mr. Turgeman has served as a member of the board of directors and audit committee of Akademon Company, a commercial arm of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, since 1996. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Turgeman served as the finance manager of several communication companies, including Bezeq-Call Communications, a subsidiary of Bezeq - The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd., and the Israel postal authority. Mr. Turgeman holds a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Liat Lang has served as our vice president, business development since April 2007, prior thereto was our manager of business development from 2003, has served as the development manager of Internet Gold since 2004, and held several our positions within our company in content development as well as business development from 2000 to 2003. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Lang held several different positions at the Israel Ministry of Communications, and from 1999 to 2000 she served as the head of the broadcasting regulation unit at the Council for Cable and Satellite Broadcasting within the Ministry of Communications. Since April 2005, Ms. Lang serves as a director of the Israeli Government's Coins and Medals Corporation and since September 2006, as a director of Israel Government Tourist Corporation. Ms. Lang holds a B.A. degree in political science from Tel Aviv University, M.B.A. degree in information technology from Bar-Ilan University and M.A. degree in public policy and law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Idit Azulay has served internet Gold's since December 1999, Idit Azulay started as the office manager of the CEO Eli Holtzman. In November 2000 Idit became the PA of the CEO of the company. Since 2003 Ms. Azulay has served as Investors relation manager, this in addition to her post of the CEO's PA. From 1998 to 1999 , Ms. Azulay served as the office manager of the sales and marketing VP of Bezeq-Call Ltd., a subsidiary of Bezeq (Israel's PTT). Formally, Ms Azulay was employed by the Israeli Ministry of Defense for 4 years.
